1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of ShemaleFeed.com ("SMF", "we", "us"). ShemaleFeed.com is the "Site." By accessing or using the Site you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access the Site.

2. Adults Only — Age & Eligibility

The Site contains sexually explicit material intended exclusively for adults. By accessing the Site you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (b) you are voluntarily choosing to access adult material for your personal, non-commercial use; (c) viewing such material is lawful in your jurisdiction and community; and (d) you will not permit any minor to access the Site through your device or account. We may deny or condition access from any jurisdiction where such access would be unlawful.

3. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal entertainment. You agree NOT to: (a) download, capture, scrape, record, re-upload, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content; (b) circumvent age gates, geo-restrictions, or technical protections; (c) use bots, crawlers, or automated tools; (d) frame or mirror the Site; (e) introduce malware or interfere with Site operation; (f) misrepresent your age, identity, or location to access the Site; or (g) use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, without notice.

4. Third-Party Content & Embedded Players

Videos, GIFs, and live streams available on the Site are delivered through embedded players and feeds provided by licensed third-party platforms (including Aylo-network embed services, RedGifs, and cam network partners). Such content is hosted by, and remains the responsibility of, the originating platform, which maintains the applicable performer age and consent records. Your use of embedded players is additionally governed by the terms of those platforms. We do not host user-uploaded media on our own infrastructure. Links and embeds do not imply our endorsement of third-party sites.

5. Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure

The Site displays advertising and contains affiliate links (including live-cam referral links). We may earn commissions when you visit or spend money with linked third-party services. Advertisers and linked services are independent businesses; we are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any transaction between you and them.

6. Content Standards & Zero Tolerance

All content accessible through the Site is required to feature only performers who were at least 18 years old at the time of production, performing consensually, with documentation maintained as described in our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, human trafficking, and any other unlawful content. Suspected violations are removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement. Report content via our Content Removal page.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site design, branding, logos, text, and software are owned by or licensed to the Site operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. "SMF" and "Shemale Feed" are brand identifiers used by the operator. Embedded content remains the property of its respective rights holders. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. CONTENT DEPICTS FANTASY SCENARIOS PERFORMED BY CONSENTING ADULT PROFESSIONALS AND DOES NOT DEPICT OR ENDORSE REAL NON-CONSENSUAL CONDUCT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE OPERATOR AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operator from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the Site — including any misrepresentation of your age or jurisdiction.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections 4–14 survive termination.

13. Disputes

Any dispute relating to these Terms must be brought in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Questions or legal notices may be sent to legal@shemalefeed.com.

14. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other posted policies, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
